ARCL believes in manpower and teamwork. Ongoing training and upskilling of the workforce can encourage creativity and boost their productivity. Providing the necessary training creates an overall knowledgeable staff with employees who can take over for one another as needed, work on teams, or work independently without constant help and supervision from others. ARCL is determined to motivate and train its personnel and to help them acquire advanced knowledge and skills.
ARCL provides basic training to its newly recruited employees which enables them to understand workplace decorum and task-related protocols.
Additionally, it organizes workshops and seminars for the personnel, parents, and caretakers of children with ASD. Such training makes them more able to carry out their jobs in an effective manner. It gives a greater understanding of their responsibilities within their role, and in turn, builds their confidence. Lectures on ABA and related techniques are delivered to staff on a weekly basis.
Furthermore, Special needs assistants are given the opportunity to acquire and enhance their psychological and therapeutic skills.
International training programs and workshops are regularly conducted by ARCL, to update therapists’ knowledge and skills with an aim to provide services meeting international standards. Registered Behavioral Technician (RBT) training is arranged annually to train therapists and parents, facilitated by Mr. Mansur Chaudhary, BCBA.
